Can you believe that the day has officially arrived? Seize the Moment is finally here, and I am super excited to introduce it to you all. (Sorry, I’m a little late posting today.)

Honoring the Mercy of the Savior
Mercy. Forgiveness. Hope.
In the conclusion of the Seize the World collection of anthologies.
Bringing you stories of mercy, forgiveness, hope, and pointing toward the One who offers them all, Seize the Moment is a tender and warm anthology meant to bring you a happy escape to a bookish world.
Luke 1:49-51
“For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name. And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation. He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.“

As a believer, mercy plays such an important role in our lives. Sometimes moments come when we feel like God’s mercy is no longer thereโlike it vanished from our lives without a trace.
The theme of Seize the Moment reminds us that is never the case, which is why it is maybe my favorite book in the series. As the theme verse of the anthology reminds us, “For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name. And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.“
God’s mercy never leaves those who fear Him. It is unchanging and ever-present.
Introducing “A Moment Redeemed”

“In the wake of brokenness and grief, a young police officer struggles to feel mercy’s touch.“
My short story that is included in this anthology is a contemporary cop story bearing the theme of God’s ever-present mercy in our lives.
“A Moment Redeemed” is one of the most raw stories I have ever written. I’ve always had a special place in my heart for our law enforcement officers. They risk everything for a world of people who couldn’t care less. In today’s world, they are criticized and torn down. They are hated by the people they are simply trying to protect.
“A Moment Redeemed” is a tribute to the police officers killed in the line of duty and the ones left behind to deal with the grief and guilt of losing them.
It’s a reminder that no matter the pain we bear, God’s mercy is still greater.
That’s it for today! Be sure to check out the anthology and save it to your Goodreads!
