The Rose Petal Parlour: A Christian-Owned Gem

One thing I’ve learned since starting my small business is just how hard it really is. As small businesses we have to fight the cost of production, the big name corporate giants, and the absolute insanity of the internet algorithms. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication.

But one thing my small business has done is make me more conscious of who I am supporting with my money. You see, many of us spend our money at huge corporate companies without giving a thought to the small business that could give you the same service or product. Many times it’s even a better product than you would get in a large corporation. But it never crosses our minds to go the extra mile and support a small business instead.

Your support would mean the world to any small business. I know it does to me. That’s why I have become acutely aware of the small business struggle and try my best to support them when I can. I’m even more excited to support a small business when I know that it is owned by christians. It brings to mind the verse in Galatians 6.

“As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.”

When I have the ability to support a fellow believer, you better believe that I jump at the opportunity.

Today I get to share a small business that fits all of those qualifications. The Rose Petal Parlour is an Etsy shop that specializes in essential oil products. Here are a few things I love about them.

•Christian Owned & Operated

•Pro-Life

•Pro-Israel

•All-Natural

•Affordable

•Hand-Crafted

I’ve fallen in love with their perfumes and bath salts, and always look forward to checking out their seasonal scents. (They just released several new ones for autumn, and they look incredible. 🍁)

Christmas is just around the corner and The Rose Petal Parlour offers lovely gifts for the ladies in your life. Head over and check out the sale they are running this week!

  1. After the “coincidence “ of your quoted scripture showing up in my devotional yesterday, I felt “compelled” to compliment and encourage you (maybe others)today.

It takes a special person to take a skill or a dream and turn it into the endeavor of a small business. Very few people do because of doubt, fear and/or anxiety. We never know how things will work out until you try. You trusted and stepped into it.

We have many measures of success in this world. Your post demonstrates that you have the special qualities needed to be a small business owner. Understanding the difficulties, learning from them and what it takes to own a business . Most notably, it takes a special kind of humility. Your simple plug of another business shows it.
    I’d call that Success.

” Let us not become weary (tired) of doing good. For at the proper time we will reap a harvest (of blessings) if we don’t give up” Gal 6:9😊
